Natalie grew up in North Henderson, Il. She received a B.S. in Biochemistry at Monmouth College where she did research in the lab of Dr. Michael Prinsell on a novel method for nitrogen-nitrogen bond formation. She joined the van der Donk group in the Fall of 2024, and is co-advised by Prof. Mehta.
